New Under The First Floor Compilation Available for Streaming & Purchase

Below is a new twenty-band compilation from the Under The First Floor podcast, entitled Mixtape Vol 1. It features Deli Philly favorites such as Strawberry Runners, Yowler, Corey Flood, Radiator Hospital, TVO, MINT, and many more rad, fledgling artists. Their performances were laid down on four-track cassette in a basement. "Shitty recordings of bands you should like." All proceeds will be donated to RAICES, "a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency that promotes justice by providing free and low-cost legal services to underserved immigrant children, families, and refugees."

New MINT EP Available for Streaming & Download

Cancer is the official debut EP from punk quartet MINT. Meshing sincere observations with a snarky, sarcastic edge, the band creates a ramped-up, rowdy, infectious energy. Unapologetically in your face, the tracks push back against the status quo, while retaining a resilient, upbeat tone. The album was also recorded, mixed, and mastered by Wherever Audio's Kyle Gilbride.

New Track: "WHO WHAT WEAR" - MINT

Recorded, mixed and mastered by Kyle Gilbride (Waxahatchee, Dark Thoughts, Yowler), a new single, “WHO WHAT WEAR,” has materialized from the punk quartet of MINT. Driving bass pushes the tempo as a smooth but on-the-verge-of-frantic vocal delivery describes how the clothes you wear serves as a window into your personality (or at least, the outside world forms opinions based on what they think your clothing, and by extension, image represents). It's a high-speed streetcar that tears forward almost speeding off the rails in a mad rush, while still holding it all together. You can catch MINT at Cousin Danny’s on Monday, March 25, along with Buffalo’s Science Man.

Debut MINT Demo EP Available for Streaming & Download

Simply titled Demo serves as the introduction to fledgling punk quartet MINT. Melding agitation/aggression lyrically and vocally with a raw instrumental tenacity, the band becomes instantly gripping. Those blitzing, unabashed quick-hitters really rip.
