Los Angeles Police Department share video for intimately haunting "Drugs"

Within the first minute of "Drugs," the latest single by Los Angeles Police Department, lead singer Ryan Pollie breaks the fourth wall by assuming his impending demise. "I won't be dead for long / I will get trapped in this song," Pollie asserts as he leisurely strums with an unhurried elegance. But "Drugs" has a darker undercurrent which belies its otherwise genial complexion, a trait that Pollie also abides by on its performance-based promo cut.

Los Angeles Police Department are currently holding a residency at the Bootleg Theater throughout the month of November. The band's self-titled full-length came out earlier this year via Anti-Records. Juan Rodríguez
